This includes:Windows 10/11 imagingWindows updates for businessCO-ManagementDesired Configuration ManagementReportingCompliance/Configuration Policies application creation via SCCM/IntuneBest practices around both SCCM/IntuneCore Skills SCCM/Intune Include:Knowledge and advanced troubleshooting skills with MS SCCM/IntuneMS Endpoint Manager Administration and ArchitectureSCCM Role implementation and troubleshootingIntune policy creation and troubleshootingAutopilot implementation and troubleshootingCompliance and configuration policy implementation and troubleshootingCo-Management implementation and troubleshootingApplication creation via SCCM/Intune and troubleshootingWindows updates implementation and troubleshooting for both Intune and SCCMTask sequence creation and troubleshooting for OSDClient health monitoringMust Have:Proficiency in both SCCM & IntuneStrong technical writing, presentation, and training skillsFluent English & French oral and written communicationNice to Have:Experience with MS Endpoint Manager Administration and ArchitectureAdvanced troubleshooting skills with MS SCCM/IntuneExperience in delivering proactive services such as education workshops and assessmentsAbility to build robust customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestonesQualifications and BenefitsLocation: 100% remoteSalary Range: The salary for this position is between CA$120k - CA$135k CAD annually.
