You'll spend time where work happens, supporting projects, coaching leaders, working with field teams, and helping solve operational challenges before they become incidents. You won't simply oversee safety programs. You'll help improve how work is planned, communicated, supervised, and learned from. You'll work alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, Supervisors, clients, and senior leadership to strengthen operational performance while protecting people.This role combines field leadership, operational support, strategic planning, and team development.
