You'll spend time where work happens, supporting projects, coaching leaders, working with field teams, and helping solve operational challenges before they become incidents. You won't simply oversee safety programs. You'll help improve how work is planned, communicated, supervised, and learned from. You'll work alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, Supervisors, clients, and senior leadership to strengthen operational performance while protecting people.This role combines field leadership, operational support, strategic planning, and team development. No two days are the same.What Your Day-to-Day Will Look LikeOperational LeadershipPartner with Operations, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Supervisors to support safe project executionSpend regular time in the field understanding how work is actually performedSupport project planning and execution from an operational risk perspectiveHelp identify opportunities to strengthen critical controls before work beginsProvide practical advice that balances production, quality, and safetyBuild trusted relationships across projects and business unitsSerious Injury PreventionLead initiatives focused on preventing responsible injuries and fatalitiesSupport identification and management of high-energy hazardsEvaluate critical controls and verify they are effective in the fieldParticipate in high-risk work planning and operational reviewsAssist project teams in reducing exposure to significant operational risksHelp improve how hazards are recognized, communicated, and controlledLeadership Coaching & DevelopmentCoach supervisors and project leaders in effective safety leadershipMentor HSE Coordinators and emerging HSE professionalsStrengthen communication, planning,
