Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the proposal, planning and execution of corporate finance engagements including researching and identifying recent markets or candidates; divestiture processesConduct regular meetings with clients to review results and prepare confidential information memorandums (CIMs) as well as attend meetings with prospective strategic and private equity buyers, along with their stakeholders including lawyers, bankers, and financial advisorsIdentify competitive issues and performance indicators on both a macro and micro level specific to the target marketPrepare and review technical based analysis, EBITDA normalizations, projections, forecasts and modelsDesign, develop and review high-quality deliverables including CIMs, engagement letters, reports, presentations and correspondenceManage engagement planning and scheduling as well as project financials (budgets, WIP, timely billing, collection,
