Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct change management needs analysis for initiatives • Provide consulting support for organizational change • Partner with leaders to assess impact and risks • Design and execute leadership development initiatives • Plan leadership forums and engagement activities

Requirements: • Five or more years in change management • Master's Degree in relevant field preferred • Prosci Change Management Certification preferred • Solid communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in supporting large-scale transformation initiatives
