This is an opportunity for an experienced senior leader to step into a broader organizational leadership role. This hands‐on leadership role will guide the organization through an important period while ensuring continued program excellence, organizational sustainability, and meaningful impact for the communities we serve.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and operational leadership to advance Frontlines' mission, vision, and strategic priorities.Partner with the Board of Directors to support effective governance, strategic planning, and organizational decision‐making.Provide oversight of programs and services, ensuring they remain high‐quality, youth‐informed, responsive,



and aligned with community needs.Lead and support the senior leadership team while fostering a high‐performing, inclusive, and values‐driven workplace culture.Oversee financial stewardship, budgeting, resource management, and organizational sustainability.Strengthen fundraising efforts, donor relationships, community partnerships, and organizational visibility.Serve as an ambassador and spokesperson for Frontlines with funders, partners, community stakeholders, and the broader public.Work EnvironmentThis is a fully office‐based leadership role located at Frontlines' Weston, Toronto location. The Interim Executive Director will work within a dynamic, community‐based environment that includes direct exposure to programs, services, and initiatives supporting children, youth, families, and vulnerable populations.The successful candidate will be a resilient and adaptable leader who is comfortable navigating evolving priorities, managing competing demands, and supporting a developing team within a fast‐paced, mission‐driven environment. The role requires a visible and engaged leader who can build relationships, respond effectively to emerging needs, and balance strategic priorities with day‐to‐day operational realities.Qualifications & ExperienceThe successful candidate will demonstrate:A strong commitment to Frontlines' mission, vision, and values,



with a passion for youth development and community‐based services.Senior leadership experience within a non‐profit, community, social services, or other mission‐driven organization.A hands‐on, collaborative leadership style with the ability to balance strategic direction with operational execution.Experience leading programs, people, partnerships, governance, financial oversight, and organizational initiatives.Demonstrated fundraising experience, including grant development, proposal writing, donor relations, and partnership development.Experience building trusted relationships with diverse communities, stakeholders, and partners.Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of audiences.Post‐secondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.What We OfferAt Frontlines, we are committed to supporting the wellbeing, growth, and success of our employees.
