Arcadis is seeking a motivated Graduate Estimator to join our dynamic team in Kelowna. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or final-year civil engineering students eager to support cost estimates throughout project lifecycles. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in cost estimation across project stages
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and proposal development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on projects




• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM models
• Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Requirements:
• Recent graduate or final-year Civil Engineering student
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and BIM navigation
• Familiarity with Bluebeam for drawing reviews
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
