In this role, you will act as a key leader in delivery excellence, ensuring alignment between business objectives and execution while supporting Agile practices at scale.You will play a critical role in driving team performance, coordinating delivery activities, and fostering collaboration across stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.What You'll DoLead and manage day-to-day delivery activities, including velocity, capacity, progress tracking, and release coordinationSupport initiative management, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery constraintsAlign development planning with broader delivery objectivesCoordinate deployment activities with internal and external stakeholdersProvide clear and structured progress updatesFacilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholdersSupport Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritizationEnsure Agile ceremonies are well-prepared and executedAnticipate and remove blockers affecting team performancePromote accountability, engagement,
