We strive for excellence.Job DescriptionReporting to the VP of Finance, the Tax Manager oversees all tax activities of the company, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing tax positions and supporting the organization's strategic objectivesWhat you're responsible for:Prepare and review tax provisions and income tax returns ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely filingManage tax payments and coordinate with external preparers and auditorsIdentify and mitigate tax compliance risks and potential disputesDevelop and implement tax strategies to optimize benefits and minimize liabilitiesProvide tax guidance to internal teams on projects,
