About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for its PMO and Project Management team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of leading transformation delivery across IT, compliance, and people change programs, with a focus on large-scale client transformations. This role involves setting up and leading transformation teams, driving thought leadership, and engaging in sales activities within a consultancy environment. The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of multiple consulting projects, managing engagement teams, and ensuring high-quality results that meet client and internal standards. Additionally,



the role includes PMO set up and delivery experience, managing project economics, and reporting progress to C-suite sponsors.

Applicants must have a proven track record in leading PMO and Project Management practices for large transformation programs, with hands-on experience in justifying, managing, or delivering significant business, compliance, and IT transformations. The role requires the ability to develop and manage strategic client relationships, lead sales activities, and deliver significant business results. The ideal candidate will have extensive management consulting experience, be adept at driving efficiencies through technology and automation, and demonstrate thought leadership in transformation delivery. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is a commitment to valuing differences and developing diverse teams. An MBA or CA and Program Management certification are considered assets.
