Key Responsibilities:
• Design user journeys for various online services
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Produce wireframes and prototypes for applications
• Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards
• Maintain design system documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience
• 2 years with Salesforce Experience Cloud
• Familiarity with Government of Canada tools
• Robust knowledge of accessibility standards
• Degree in UX Design or equivalent
