We can’t wait to get to know you!The WorkThe Director, Portfolio Management & Partnerships, PCMC has overall P&L accountability for the credit card portfolio of products. This role will define the strategy and associated roadmap for feature enhancements to grow purchase volume and account receivables, increase customer engagement and ensure compliance and resiliency for key business processes that impact or drive customer experience. Reporting to the VP, Payments Products, the role will build and maintain key strategic relationships and ensure we operate within our risk tolerance and lead a group of professionals to drive key business objectives.As a leader within the business, the role will play a key part in driving change and establishing new ways of cross‑functional collaboration to sustain product management discipline across the organization.What You’ll DoOwn the P&L for the PC Mastercard product line and define the vision, manage the strategy and set up annual plans to grow purchase volume and revolving balances accordinglyOngoing management of all aspects of the product portfolio, either with direct accountability or partnering with the responsible business area, including sales, market share analysis, research, portfolio metrics reporting, pricing management, revenue optimization, competitive positioning reviews and create action plans to enhance the product performanceWork closely with counterparts in Credit Risk, Acquisition, Customer Engagement, Operations, Finance and Treasury to ensure alignment to performance metrics. Establish and monitor key KPIs for purchase volume and balance growth, customer engagement and overall portfolio performance.



Leverage analytics to course‑correct and establish new proactive tactics across the customer lifecycleWith a Digital‑first approach, develop and launch new products or features as required. Evaluate the current product portfolio for suitability based on evolving customer needs, competitive offerings and regulatory changesLeverage an agile framework in the planning, execution, and evaluation of projects and feature enhancements and coach a collaborative team on agile methodologiesEstablish and maintain cross‑enterprise and third‑party partnerships and evaluate opportunities for new partnerships to improve overall desirability of productsProvide ongoing strategy, visibility and progress of the business to senior leadership team through business reviews and other portfolio updatesRecruit and provide leadership to a high performing team and drive a culture of collaboration and ownershipKeep abreast of changes in regulations to ensure that the department’s procedures, projects and practices evolve accordingly and comply with our regulationsWhat You’ll NeedBachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering with 8+ years of professional experience, preferably within the credit cards, unsecured lending or paymentsStrategic thinking and thought leadership to identify and communicate business opportunitiesExperience of developing and implementing customer‑centric strategy and tacticsExcellent analytical skills and proven ability to manage and prioritize the development and execution of multiple strategic initiatives while managing cross‑enterprise stakeholdersStrong people leadership skillsAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced environment dealing with ambiguous business challengesExceptional communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsExperience in the loyalty would be an assetWhat we offer [For full‑time permanent roles]Competitive discretionary bonusMarket leading RRSP match programMedical, dental, vision, life,
