Based in Calgary and reporting to the Product department, this role oversees project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics for advanced liquid cooling solutions, including CDUs and PCLs. Working with cross‐functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and production, the successful candidate will drive project delivery, team development, and operational excellence in a fast‐paced technology environment.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coach Junior and Intermediate NPI Project ManagersDevelop and improve NPI Project Management processesServe as a single point of contact for Value Stream Leaders on project status and risksLead and manage projects removing any roadblocks that get in the way of executionCollaborate with cross-functional product development teams and ensure best practices are followedSupport company continuous improvement projects as neededMeasure and report project status using appropriate tools, techniques,
