About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Performance Management to lead and own the enterprise's financial planning and analysis, costing, and business intelligence functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of FP&A; leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, as well as leading business performance reviews and providing strategic financial guidance. A key aspect of the role is to drive continuous improvement in planning processes and to ensure that costing methodologies are in line with industry standards and internal control requirements. The VP will also be instrumental in the design and rollout of a Value-Based Management framework,



connecting financial and operational metrics to long-term value creation.

Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional designation strongly preferred. A minimum of 12-15 years' of progressive finance leadership experience, particularly in FP&A;, costing, and BI/analytics, is required. Experience in a manufacturing, food and beverage, dairy, or CPG environment is highly valued. The role demands a strategic and analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in driving process improvement and automation. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in value-based management concepts and experience in leading BI and reporting transformation. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
