Our hospital has been serving pets and their families in the heart of the Niagara Region for over 70 years, offering comprehensive veterinary services rooted in compassion, collaboration, and medical excellence.About The OpportunityWe are looking for an inspiring medical leader who can:Provide a solid and consistent medical voice within the clinic.Support and mentor a dedicated team of DVMs, RVTs, and support staff.Lead with confidence through upcoming organizational changes.Maintain high standards of patient care, client communication, and team development.Foster a collaborative, positive culture that reflects our long‐standing reputation for compassionate care.This is a key medical leadership role - ideal for a veterinarian with depth of experience who thrives on guiding others, improving clinical standards,
