Rheumatologist (PRA-SP applicants may be considered) - (2074)Location: Winnipeg Clinic – Winnipeg, MB R3C 0N2 CA (Primary)Job Type: Standard ApplicationResponsibilitiesPractice medicine in Rheumatology within an independent outpatient clinic.Provide comprehensive assessment, investigation (including ordering and analysis of laboratory tests, imaging, and other modalities), management, and rehabilitation of patients with acute and chronic arthritis, soft tissue rheumatic disorders, collagen-vascular diseases, vasculitides, spinal and regional pain problems, and musculoskeletal manifestations of systemic disease.QualificationsEligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (Rheumatology) and membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association.Hold a valid Medical Degree and a Postgraduate Residency in Rheumatology.For physicians trained outside of Canada: demonstrate English language proficiency (as required by CPSM) and meet all required education, credentials, specialty training, experience (2+ years as a Rheumatologist), examinations, and testing requirements as directed by CPSM.Flexible Language Requirement:
