Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance OperationsAs a Sr. Manager, Regulatory Compliance Operations, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the operational infrastructure that supports our Regulatory Compliance function. You will ensure governance, reporting, issue tracking, documentation, and workflow coordination are efficient and regulator‐ready, enabling scalable and well‐controlled compliance execution across the enterprise.How You'll Make an ImpactLeading the design and continuous improvement of operational processes, controls, and governance routines supporting regulatory compliance executionOwning governance infrastructure including committee support, reporting production, action tracking, and documentation standardsOverseeing compliance‐owned policies, procedures, inventories, logs, and repositories to ensure accuracy and consistencyManaging regulatory intake, triage, and workflow coordination to support prioritization and escalation of compliance activitiesDeveloping and monitoring KPIs, operational metrics, and management reporting to enable informed decision‐makingIdentifying process inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions including automation opportunitiesCoordinating cross‐functional stakeholders to ensure seamless compliance operations and executionDriving continuous improvement and operational excellence across the compliance functionWhat You'll Bring to the TeamBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, governance, or operational management within financial servicesProven experience designing and implementing governance frameworks, operational processes, or compliance infrastructureStrong understanding of regulatory compliance practices, controls, and reporting requirementsDemonstrated ability to manage complex workflows,
prioritize competing demands, and drive operational efficiencyExperience developing KPIs, management reporting, and operational metrics to support decision‐makingStrong leadership experience with a track record of building and developing high‐performing teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functionsExtra Skills That Set You ApartProfessional designation such as CPA, CRCM, or similarExperience with automation, workflow tools, or compliance technology platformsFamiliarity with regulatory change management and enterprise governance practicesOperational Leader – Able to design and optimize scalable processes that drive consistent and efficient compliance outcomesStrategic Thinker – Capable of aligning operational infrastructure with broader regulatory and business prioritiesCollaborative Partner – Builds strong cross‐functional relationships to enable seamless coordination and executionContinuous Improver – Focused on identifying inefficiencies and driving meaningful, sustainable improvementsWhat You'll EarnThis role offers a salary range of $122,400 to $158,400 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. Employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program,
