This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fire protection professional looking to step into a leadership role with strong career growth, technical autonomy, and exposure to complex, high-profile projects.The successful candidate will play a key role in leading fire protection design initiatives, mentoring technical staff, and managing projects across commercial, institutional, healthcare, residential, and mixed-use developments. This position offers the chance to work with a team-oriented leadership team in an environment that values technical excellence, innovation, and long-term professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and coordination of fire protection systems including sprinkler, standpipe, fire alarm interface, and life safety systemsManage projects from concept through construction, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are achievedReview drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documents for quality and code complianceProvide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, designers, and technical staffCoordinate with architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and external stakeholders throughout project deliveryConduct site reviews, inspections,
