About the role The Brand team focuses on enabling merchants to build and maintain high-quality product catalogs that reach retailers globally. You will work across the full stack to design and implement features that help independent businesses compete effectively.

- Salary: $129,500 - $178,000 per year plus equity and benefits

What you'll do

- Partner with product managers, designers, and marketing to drive business and platform success.
- Manage multi-phase projects from initial concept through to final deployment.
- Develop features across backend, frontend, and mobile environments.
- Improve application performance and scalability while maintaining code quality.
- Provide mentorship to other engineers regarding technical and product decisions.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of skilled engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, TypeScript,



and frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product improvements from problem identification to solution.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with agentic coding tools.

Practical notes

- Hybrid work policy requires office attendance 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and one flex day).
- Employees may work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year.
