MoveSmart Rentals is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to attend residential rental properties and complete cleaning services, move-in/move-out cleans, rental turnover cleaning, and listing-readiness cleaning.MoveSmart Rentals is a full-service leasing partner powered by proprietary technology, built to help landlords lease faster, reduce vacancy, and screen every applicant. We syndicate rental units to the MLS and 20+ platforms and handle every step from listing to move-in.This role is ideal for someone who is experienced, professional, organized, and able to work independently in the field. The right person should be comfortable following cleaning checklists, documenting completed work, and identifying property issues that may need follow-up before listing, showings, or move-in.What You'll DoAttend residential rental properties for cleaning appointments, move-in/move-out cleaning, rental turnover cleaning, and listing-readiness cleaningComplete general residential cleaning according to company standardsClean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways, appliances, floors, surfaces, cabinets, and fixturesRemove dust, dirt, debris, garbage, and leftover items where requiredWipe down surfaces, counters, sinks, mirrors, doors, baseboards, and high-touch areasVacuum, sweep, mop, and clean floorsClean inside appliances where required, including fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, and dryerIdentify areas that require additional cleaning, junk removal, repair, maintenance, or follow-up workTake clear before-and-after photos and videos of the property and completed cleaning workProvide clear updates, notes, photos, videos,
