The Energy Management Specialist will directly report to the Continuous Improvement Manager, focusing on overseeing energy programs that align with organizational sustainability goals. You will play a crucial role in the assessment of energy savings and the justification of capital projects for improvements.

Key Responsibilities: • Execute corporate sustainability strategy for energy efficiency • Manage energy efficiency projects across the Lagimodiere plant • Review contractor bids and coordinate with vendors • Prepare monthly performance reports for management • Promote energy conservation campaigns internally

Requirements: • Engineering degree or CET certification • 3+ years of experience in energy management • Solid analytical and financial evaluation capabilities • Proven project management experience • Excellent communication and presentation skills
