We expanded into Houston in 2022 and Toronto in 2023, strengthening our North American presence. We specialize in the design, procurement, and construction management of mineral processing plants.As a Project Development Manager, you will lead Primero Americas' efforts in identifying and securing new business opportunities, including target identification, lead generation, and tendering activities. You will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and supporting the development of a strong project pipeline.You will also contribute to business strategy through market insights, client feedback, and competitive awareness, while supporting marketing initiatives and CRM adoption. From time to time, you may also support ongoing studies and projects in areas such as procurement, study management, or engineering.The role operates under a hybrid work model, combining regular in-office presence with work from home and occasional in-person client meetings. The Project Development Manager reports directly to the General Manager – Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership and direction for Primero operations, including office and project managementDrive operational excellence and alignment with Primero's global standardsEnsure compliance with applicable regulations (including ITAR and export controls, where applicable)Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities aligned with Primero's growth strategyBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners,
