He will participate in prequalifications, bids and proposals of tunnelling projects.ResponsibilitiesManage and align team members assembled from internal and joint venture partnersImplement process compliance for internal and external requirements and commitmentsEstablish project objectives and implement tracking and accountability of such objectivesTechnical and commercial responsibility of the contract deliveryDemonstrate strong leadership skills by clear and concise communication of priorities and tasksEmpower and include key team members in the decision‐making process to maximize the project successFoster a safety‐oriented high‐performance cultureEnsure consistency in expected safety performance on projects and verify the fair and consistent application of the progressive discipline system across all projectsEnsure quality delivery of all contract obligations to meet client and internal expectations to excellenceMaximize margins with safety in mind and ensure the company's interests during the project lifecycleManage, lead, and control projects from start to finish, including staff, subcontractors, and job managementDevelop, review, and collaborate on budgets, methodologies, submittals, and schedulesOversee the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) prevention program and ensure its implementation on the construction siteDemonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of tender documents, drawings, specifications, addenda, and assist the Site Superintendent in achieving project successProvide troubleshooting and issue resolutionAssist in the preparation of final project records, including as‐built documentationAssist in carrying out various basic field duties at the job site related to general constructionRequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent field experienceMinimum of 10 years of relevant experiencePrevious work experience in tunnelling projects and/or other high‐risk heavy civil engineering projectsKnowledge of underground construction is a benefitExcellent proficiency in MS Office, MS Project,
