About the role

This position focuses on integrating AI-driven automation into our corporate platforms to improve internal operations and service delivery. You will work alongside product teams and architects to deploy intelligent agents and workflows within our healthcare SaaS environment.

What you'll do

- Create and maintain AI agents and automated workflows utilizing Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI.
- Design orchestration systems for tasks like data migration, configuration, and onboarding.
- Build APIs and scripts to link LLM agents with enterprise systems using the Model Context Protocol.
- Partner with implementation, support, and integration teams to deploy scalable AI solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of AI workflows, including testing, production monitoring, and implementing responsible AI guardrails.
- Track updates from major AI providers like Google, Microsoft, and Anthropic to refine our internal delivery models.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in cloud or software engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience within an enterprise or SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in C#, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on background with Microsoft Azure services, such as Logic Apps, Azure AI,



and Azure Functions.
- Experience building workflows with Now Assist, Azure AI Foundry, or Copilot Studio.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and Git.
- Familiarity with AI agent orchestration, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, and LLMs like Gemini or GPT.
- Understanding of vector database integration or retrieval-augmented generation.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR or HL7.

Practical notes

This is a hybrid role requiring residency within a commutable distance to the Mississauga office. You will be expected to attend in-office events on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
