Project Director, Heavy Civil - Future OpportuntiesDescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and experienced Project Director to provide executive-level leadership across our heavy civil construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects or large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving overall performance in safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Your ability to lead high-performing teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and provide strategic direction will be critical to achieving project and business success. With your leadership, you'll ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across all project delivery efforts.Essential ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and oversight for multiple projects or major programsEstablish and drive project execution strategies aligned with business objectivesLead senior project teams and mentor Project Managers and field leadersOversee project performance, including financial results, schedule, and qualityEnsure effective risk management, governance, and compliance processesInterface with executive leadership, clients, and key stakeholdersSupport business development, bid strategy, and contract negotiationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery teamsEnsure strong safety culture and adherence to corporate standardsReview and approve major project decisions, budgets,
