The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, EMEA Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and achieving strategic business objectives across the EMEA region. This role is pivotal in providing strategic direction, operational execution, and performance management for the Services & People Transportation sales organization. The AVP will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture, collaborating with the Vice President, Sales to design and implement business plans, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales strategies,



a proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams, and the ability to build scalable frameworks that drive long-term revenue growth.

Applicants for the Associate Vice President, EMEA Sales position at the company should have 10-12 years of experience in sales, business development leadership, or a similar role, with at least 8 years in a leadership capacity. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is required, along with a solid background in sales strategies, full sales cycle, and a focus on coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
