based on business requirements Assist in developing functional specification for any required Talent Acquisition developments Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) in order to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation or user 's lack of experience Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users Experiences And Skills You’ll Use To Solve Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules (Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0) projects An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules (Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0) configuration experience Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules Experience leading client workshops with the ability to interpret business requirements / problems and provide clear recommendations Able to collaborate and communicate with clients using interpersonal skills in a team setting Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project Working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations) Creation of documentation and training materials and knowledge
