This is a high-impact individual contributor role that blends analytical rigour, growth experimentation and AI-native execution.What You Will DoOwn the full customer lifecycle strategy across email, in-app, and other engagement channels, from trial through renewal and expansion.Design and launch signal-based, triggered campaignsBuild and own a dedicated retention and churn-prevention strategyPartner closely with Product, CS and Education/Enablement teams.Work hand-in-hand with Marketing Operations to build the technical infrastructureBring a strategic, product-marketing mindset to every decisionWho You Are5+ years in lifecycle marketing,
