and life insurance.Employee Family Assistance Program.Free on-site parking.Opportunity to work on some of the world's finest custom yachts.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor hot work activities including welding, cutting, and grinding operationsMaintain a safe work environment and identify potential fire hazardsConduct regular inspections of surrounding work areas during and after hot work activitiesEnsure compliance with company safety policies and proceduresRespond appropriately in emergency situationsCommunicate effectively with tradespeople, supervisors, and project teamsQualifications & ExperiencePrevious Fire Watch experience requiredStrong understanding of construction or industrial safety practicesAbility to remain attentive and focused for extended periodsReliable, punctual, and safety-orientedComfortable working in an active manufacturing environmentAssetsOccupational First Aid certification.Confined Space Entry certification.Experience supporting welding or other hot work operations.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and monitor areas for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry firefighting equipment as requiredComfortable working in industrial environments, including confined or elevated spacesWork EnvironmentShop and shipyard environmentsExposure to noise, heat, dust, and mechanical hazardsOvertime or shift work may be required based on operational needsApplicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
