Client Service Representative – Vets Around the Corner – General Practice

Vets Around the Corner is a privately owned, community-rooted veterinary clinic located in the heart of Port Perry. We’re more than a clinic — we’re a team that genuinely cares about the animals and people we serve. We are proud to serve as a designated First Responder Clinic for the Ontario Turtle Conservation Centre, work closely with local animal rescues, and operate a Community Veterinarian Program (VAC-CVP) that brings care directly to those who need it most. The Opportunity

We’re looking for a warm, organized, and client‑focused Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our general practice. You’ll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for every client and patient who walks through our doors — and you’ll be part of a team doing meaningful work in this community every single day.

What You’ll Do

- Greet clients and patients with professionalism and genuine warmth
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling with efficiency and care
- Accurately document client and patient records using our practice management software
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and follow‑ups in a timely and compassionate manner
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records




- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and client communication
- Uphold and reflect our clinic’s values in every client interaction

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or reception role within a medical or healthcare setting — veterinary clinic experience is a strong asset
- Confident and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient with computers and able to learn clinic software quickly
- Highly organized with robust attention to detail
- Compassionate, calm under pressure, and a genuine team player
- A passion for animals and community is a definite plus
