We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong foundations and heavy civil construction expertise.In this site-based role, you will lead project execution from planning through completion, overseeing project teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and operational performance. Working closely with superintendents, engineers, field personnel, subcontractors, and clients, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.If youre a results-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to drive the successful delivery of foundations construction projects, this is your opportunity.Come join our team today!Essential ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of project execution, including planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and resource managementManage project financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, change management, and profitabilityDevelop, maintain, and monitor project schedules to ensure milestones and client commitments are achievedProvide leadership and direction to project teams, working closely with superintendents, field staff, subcontractors, and consultantsManage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project executionOversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, progress reports, and contract correspondenceAdminister subcontract agreements and supplier contracts,



ensuring compliance with project requirements and commercial obligationsIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to support successful project outcomesEnsure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectationsSupport project start-up, execution, and closeout activities while driving continuous improvement and operational excellenceQualificationsPost-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline7+ years of progressive experience managing foundations, piling, ground improvement, or heavy civil construction projectsStrong understanding of project controls processes including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, reporting, and contract administrationExperience managing project financials, change orders, claims, and client relationshipsProficiency with construction management software, Primavera P6, Excel, and document management systemsStrong knowledge of foundations construction methods including piling, drilling, shoring, and ground improvement techniquesProven leadership, organizational,
