WISH is seeking two dedicated individuals to serve as MAP Van Support Workers, focusing on outreach and support for women and gender diverse individuals. You will need a valid BC class 5 driver's license and eligibility as a current or former sex worker. This role involves providing essential resources and ensuring safety through empathetic service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the MAP Van responsibly throughout shifts
• Distribute resources and emergency supplies effectively
• Conduct assessments to connect participants with services




• Model appropriate behavior for current staff members
• Record service logs for management and follow-up
Requirements:
• Valid BC class 5 driver's license required
• One year of frontline social service experience preferred
• Familiarity with sex work legislation and support
• Proven crisis management skills
• Commitment to a nonjudgmental and supportive approach
