as it pertains to the divisional Organization Chart; Report directlyto the General Manager and provide a support role in a learning environment.Oversee two plants of approximately 155 employees combinedMust oversee line stops, safety violations/accidents and chronic defects.Participate in the reviewing process of the following items; Development of budgets and controlling costs; review weekly forecasts, capital expenditures, headcountStrengthen the competitive position of the plant to enable growth through new business; review quotes and presentation to customersDevelopment of business plans aimed at achieving established goals and objectivesDevelopment of policies and proceduresProtect assets of the companyAbide by all company polices including, but not limited to the following; Health and safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human resources policies, and Martinrea Employee HandbookParticipate in internal quality audits to determine the effectiveness of the quality and environmental systemsEnsure compliance with all applicable codes, standards and legislation including Environmental Legislation, O.
