(Hybrid position)Presence & DurationHybrid1‐year assignment, renewableWe OfferProfessional and dynamic work settingCutting‐edge industrial projects that will advance your career5 paid personal days per yearComprehensive benefits packageResponsibilitiesManage multiple industrial projects simultaneously by defining the execution strategy, including content, scope, resources, timelines, costs, risks, and quality.Plan activities, coordinate the work of the resources involved, manage budgets/expenses, and act as the interface between the different stakeholders.Contribute to the development of the industrial strategy and manufacturing plan for the two A220 FALs: Mirabel and Mobile.Prepare and present progress status updates to management committees by securing the appropriate support at the required hierarchical level.Identify, assess, and implement innovations to digitalize A220 FAL activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain close relationships with central teams, conduct benchmarks with other aerospace programs, and act as the A220 representative.Act as a change leader and proactively propose solutions to move the FAL ecosystem into an industrial mode.Engage and keep the necessary resources and work teams involved to ensure project completion.QualificationsDegree or equivalent in engineering or a technical field related to aeronautics.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing workplace,



including relevant experience in a Final Assembly Line (FAL) environment.Industrial solutions specialist with strong project management skills.Demonstrated a high level of leadership with proven coaching/training skills, as well as assertiveness to influence and challenge the status quo.Ability to work with senior leadership as well as operational teams in a diplomatic and resilient manner.Proactive, highly autonomous, well‐organized, and able to define priorities in a high‐pressure environment that is regularly subject to change.Language skills: Advanced level, both spoken and written, in French and English, in order to be an excellent communicator at all levels.Expleo ValuesCourage – We are bold thinkers and doers, always ready to take on new challenges.
