You will act as the primary contact for technology issues, managing classroom environments and ensuring all systems run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently
• Install and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment




• Create incident tickets for technical issues
• Offer training on AV equipment usage
• Coordinate equipment delivery and inventory management
Requirements:
• Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum three years in audio-visual system support
• Knowledge of macOS, Windows OS, and M365
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools like Zoom
• Solid customer service and communication skills
