This position is responsible for helping to create a community of employees united by purpose and fun, deliver a mountain experience to guests that inspires stories, and who achieve departmental objectives and key results. This position and their team are responsible for ensuring the best and safest on-hill product is produced and maintained. They will plan, supervise, and coordinate the activities of teams engaged in grooming, snowmaking, and summer construction projects.Leading by example; working alongside team members to ensure the team is supportedManage performance and motivate by setting clear expectations, measuring productivity, coaching, addressing concerns,
