The PDG combines deep expertise in sustainable studies, asset development, and more.Your roleAs a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for the civil discipline on major projects, playing a key role in concept definition, technical supervision, and multidisciplinary coordination. You will be involved in advanced technical aspects as well as in the functional and strategic dimensions of projects.Your responsibilities1. Civil design and technical solutionsDesign civil engineering works including roads, road geometry, stormwater management systems, underground services, hydraulic structures and earthworksDefine innovative and optimized project conceptsDevelop solutions tailored to projects in the mining, energy and infrastructure sectors2. Technical Leadership and GovernanceAssume responsibility for civil discipline on assigned projectsEstablish technical approaches, working methods and design standardsEnsure the application of Hatch procedures, norms and standardsReview and validate technical deliverables3. Multidisciplinary coordinationCoordinate interfaces with other disciplines (structures, geotechnics, hydrotechnics,



etc.)Ensuring the integration of civil solutions into complex projectsCollaborate closely with teams, project managers and clients4.
