This includes all project management activities, as well as the development of process documentation, organizational change management plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies. The candidate will collaborate closely with Digital Technology (DT), Data & AI teams, and business stakeholders to support the successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions across the enterprise.The candidate will also be responsible for driving the day-to-day activities related to the P&WC Quality Transformation, including regular follow-ups with Initiative Owners, reporting and status tracking, and facilitating additional ideation sessions to identify, prioritize, and document new initiatives and their associated business perks. In addition, the candidate will work closely with other RTX business units, including Pratt & Whitney, Collins Aerospace, Raytheon,



and RTX Corporate, to benchmark AI capabilities, share best practices, identify enterprise AI opportunities, and promote collaboration and alignment across the RTX enterprise.What your day to day will look likeLead multiple cross-functional Quality, Digital Transformation, Continuous Improvement, and AI initiatives simultaneouslyPartner with Digital Technology (DT), Data & AI teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to develop and deploy digital applications and AI-enabled solutionsCoordinate cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Operations, IT, Data Science, and Business SMEs.Interface with Internal and external stakeholders to drive accountabilityCollaborate with RTX business units, including Pratt & Whitney, Collins Aerospace, Raytheon, and RTX Corporate, to benchmark AI capabilities, share best practices, identify enterprise AI opportunities, and promote collaboration and alignment across the RTX enterpriseMonitor project performance using KPIs and regularly communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to senior leadershipProvide oversight and coaching to SMEs/initiative owners throughout project executionFacilitate workshops to identify business opportunities, document processes, define requirements, and prioritize transformation initiativesDevelop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.Develop and deploy change management plans, as well as process documentation and work-instructionsThe tools you need to be successful:Must haves:Baccalaureate and minimum of 5 years of experience; Experience leading AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Analytics, or Intelligent Automation initiatives; Experience collaborating with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Digital Technology teamsExperience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies; Experience withbusiness process mapping,
