We're Hiring: Junior Business Development Representative – North America

Remote (Canada) | Hybrid for candidates within 40 km of Mississauga, ON

This isn't an easy sales job. You'll spend much of your day cold calling, prospecting, following up, and hearing "no" more often than "yes." We're looking for someone with confidence, perseverance, and adaptability who sees that challenge as an opportunity to grow.

What You'll Do:

- High-volume cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Engage CIOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders
- Qualify opportunities and book meetings for Senior Sales Executives
- Build pipeline through relentless follow-up and consistent activity
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams

What You'll Bring:

- 1-3+ years of BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, or customer-facing experience
- Blunt confidence and comfort speaking with senior executives




- Resilience and perseverance through rejection and objections
- Adaptability and a growth mindset in a fast-paced setting
- Technology, SaaS, IT services, or consulting sales experience is an asset
