Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, financial management, personnel oversight, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment, nurturing talent, and cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your leadership and vision will be instrumental in driving our dealership 's success and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the automotive industry.Job Duties:Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control measuresAnalyze financial data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for profit maximizationSet ambitious sales targets and develop comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growthMonitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales trends, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales goals are met or exceededCollaborate with sales teams to develop training programs, sales incentives, and performance metrics to motivate and support sales staffCustomer Service Index :Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionAddress customer concerns promptly and effectively,
