About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Infrastructure - Municipal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the national discipline, developing and implementing business plans and strategies for growth.



This role requires a skilled with a strong background in organizational leadership, the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, and a strategic approach to problem-solving. The Vice President will also be involved in business development, client management, and ensuring that the team's activities align with the company's vision and business plan.

Applicants must be licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario, with a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a similar senior management role within an engineering consulting firm. The role demands a leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain positive relationships, and a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices. The Vice President will be expected to mentor and supervise a team of engineers, designers, and technologists, as well as actively contribute to the professional development of the group. The position is pivotal in representing the company in professional associations and agencies and requires a commitment to the values of technical excellence, environmental responsibility, and professional development.
