This in-office, full time role bridges compliance and contract law responsibilities.As part of the legal team, you will report to the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer. Your responsibilities will include policy writing, compliance program oversight, and conducting compliance audits internationally. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with senior management while broadening your legal skillset across different business units.Key Responsibilities:Draft and negotiate MSAs, NDAs, and vendor agreementsDevelop and document compliance programs and policiesPlan and execute audits in various jurisdictionsSupport privacy initiatives and data protection complianceMaintain compliance records and create management reportsRequirements:2-5 years' experience in compliance or corporate lawAdmission to the bar in any jurisdiction preferredFamiliarity with GDPR and other regulatory frameworksStrong communication and drafting abilitiesComfort with complex regulatory environmentsUtilize your legal skills to make an impact in this vital in-house position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
