We're a fast-growing mail-order pharmacy, and this role sits at the point where our operation meets the patient's door — coordinating every shipment out and being a friendly, reliable voice on the other end of the phone.We're looking for someone organized and dependable who is as comfortable packing and dispatching a day's deliveries as they are calling a patient to follow up. handling packages and shipping supplies (items are generally small and light).Detail‐oriented — accuracy matters when it's someone's medication and their personal information.Eligible to work in Canada and able to pass a background check (this role handles medications and patient information).Nice‐to‐havesExperience in pharmacy, healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment.Familiarity with couriers, delivery platforms, or shipping/order tools (UberDirect, Shopify, Kroll).A second language is always an asset with our patient base.$18 - $20 an hourThe DetailsSchedule: Part‐time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–2:00 pm on‐site in Etobicoke (25 hrs/week).Pay: $18–$20/hour, based on experience.Type: Part‐time, on‐site. This is a non‐clinical role — you support pharmacy compliance and operations, you don't perform dispensing or clinical duties.Handling: You'll work to our privacy (PHIPA) and cold‐chain standards, handling medications and patient information with care.This is a front‐row seat in a growing health‐tech pharmacy, where the logistics you run are the reason patients get their medications on time.
