This role partners directly with regional leadership and oversees state controllers, FP&A support, and financial systems across a complex, growth‐oriented organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead regional accounting, financial reporting, and operating controlsOversee budgeting, forecasting, long‐range planning, ROI modeling, and cash flowServe as the primary financial partner to operations leadershipSupport full‐cycle M&A: due diligence through integrationStandardize processes, policies, and reporting across the regionManage internal/external audits within a regulated controls environmentDevelop and mentor controllers,
