As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will identify and engage prospective customers in a consultative selling process to help them increase efficiency, boost employee satisfaction, mitigate risk and liability, and realize significant cost savings. Our customers love the value we deliver, and we have a 98.5% retention rate.Our most successful Account Executives are quick learners, driven and diligent, and highly skilled at reading people and situations. Mid-Market sales typically involve multiple decision-makers at the C-level, so we're looking for team members with a strong executive presence who can hold a room and connect with different personalities.This role will provide you with the opportunity to work with a fun, tight-knit group of sales professionals and learn from hands-on mentorship. Successful Mid-Market Account Executives are promoted within the Sales organization, leading more complex sales with larger revenue accounts.This role is open to candidates in the United States or Canada (all provinces except Quebec). Successful Canadian applicants may be required to show proof of eligibility to work in Canada for the next 12 months.Position Duties:Manage a full-cycle sales process and consistently deliver against quarterly quotaIdentify and engage decision-makers within target accounts using outbound outreach tactics such as cold calling, email, and direct mailUncover prospective customers' needs and business goals to understand how Motus can be a strategic investment for their businessPosition Motus' value proposition to prospects in a way that accounts for their business' specific needs and goalsEducate prospects on Motus' product suite through presentations and product demosCreate and present financial analyses to clientsReview and execute contract agreements with prospectsOutline and follow a defined Sequence of Events with prospects over the course of the sales processMaintain detailed prospect and activity information in Salesforce.ComSuccess Profile:2-3 years of experience managing a full sales cycle within a software organizationExperience selling into Mid-Market accounts and meeting with C-suite buyersDemonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas, owning the full-sales cycle from prospecting to closeAptitude for technologyCreative, tenacious approach towards lead generationDriven, outgoing and positive attitudeSuperior communication and presentation skillsProficiency in sales enablement tools such as Salesforce.Com, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus!Where required by law,



Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The base pay for this role is $90,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on individual performance.
