Insight Global is seeking a Senior Commercial Project Manager on behalf of a leading landscape construction organization in the Ottawa area. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing commercial landscape and construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, family-owned company with over 30 years of industry success, a team of more than 150 employees, and the resources, equipment, and support needed to execute large-scale commercial projects.Plan the projectCollaboration with senior managementCreate a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the projectDetermine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the projectDevelop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activitiesReview the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as requiredCall in for locate requestsProvide submittals, shop drawings to architect, and order products for projectImplement the projectExecute the project according to the project planDevelop forms and records to document project activitiesSet up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and securedMonitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the projectEstablish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the projectReview the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standardsControl the projectMeet or exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly,
