Your role encompasses managing month-end and year-end processes, preparing financial statements per GAAP, and supporting audits. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage month- and year-end close processes
• Prepare complex reconciliations and resolve variances
• Maintain accuracy of general ledger entries
• Support internal and external audits with documentation
• Assist with tax filings and compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or related field
• CPA designation or in progress preferred
• 6-7 years of accounting experience, real estate preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
