Reporting to the Principal Software Engineer, you will design, build, and support the internal mobile applications used every day by our residents, families, guests, club members, and team members. From point-of-care tools and workforce communications to resident services, dining reservations, recreation programming, and amenity bookings, you'll develop mobile experiences that directly support life within our communities. This role offers the opportunity to lead the development of enterprise mobile applications while solving unique challenges found in healthcare and seniors' living, including shared devices, intermittent connectivity, accessibility, and secure access to sensitive information. synchronization, performance optimization, and application lifecycle managementExperience implementing secure authentication, identity management, and mobile security best practicesFamiliarity with automated testing, mobile CI/CD pipelines, and application deploymentStrong understanding of accessibility standards and user-centered mobile designExcellent ability to collaborate across technical and operational teamsAsset QualificationsKnowledge of mobile device management (MDM), kiosk deployments, or enterprise-managed mobile environmentsExperience supporting healthcare, seniors' living, hospitality, or other 24/7 operational environmentsUnderstanding of push notification platforms, mobile analytics, and application monitoringExperience developing applications that manage personal or health-related informationExperience integrating hospitality technologies, e-commerce platforms, or online payment solutionsGreat People is a core value at Shannex, grounded in the belief that our team members are the spirit and foundation of our organization.
