The Associate Director, Performance is a strategic leader who provides integrated digital media expertise and data-driven recommendations while managing a team of digital specialists across search, social, and programmatic channels. Managing either a complex multi-line-of-business client or multiple client accounts, this role strengthens client relationships by applying performance marketing expertise to drive measurable results and ensure clients remain current with industry best practices.The Associate Director will drive performance strategy across teams and clients, ensuring all digital recommendations are strategically integrated and that teams collaborate cohesively in support of business objectives.
