and select solutions that meet BC Hydro's cybersecurity and operational needs.Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert, offering a "cyber lens" on solutions for other business units and supporting enterprise‐wide cybersecurity initiatives.Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT and OT security.What you bringTechnical Architect Mindset: Demonstrated experience as a technical architect or cybersecurity advisor, with the ability to bridge strategy, design, and delivery.Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; CISSP, CISM, or similarcertifications preferred.Experience: Minimum 7 years designing and implementing technical solutions with cybersecurity components in large enterprise environments, including at least 4 years in strategic or advisory roles.Expertise in Two or More Areas:Infrastructure & Data Centre SecurityEndpoint SecurityNetwork SecurityCloud SecuritySecurity Monitoring & OperationsThreat & Vulnerability ManagementIdentity & Access ManagementApplication SecurityData ProtectionOT and ICT SecurityPreference will be given to candidates with experience in IAM, cloud, application, OT areas at this time.Soft Skills: Solid analytical, problem‐solving, written and oral communication, and collaboration skills.
