Act as the main liaison for customers to document requirements and translate them into system configurations. Conduct thorough business discovery sessions to provide recommendations that improve operational outcomes. Manage data integrity, security, and quality across customer databases. Oversee communication between project stakeholders and validate implementation plans. Troubleshoot configuration issues and maintain training databases to reflect product updates. Advise clients on change management strategies and user readiness. Collaborate with internal teams to identify risks, manage timelines, and resolve project delays. Test and document new service offerings while maintaining deep knowledge of the product suite. Requirements
2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role. Post-secondary education in a business or technology field is preferred. Experience in a consulting capacity,
including workflow analysis and delivering operational recommendations. Ability to manage multiple project teams and competing milestones simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proven track record of taking accountability for project delivery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nice to have
Experience in the healthcare market. Previous background in database testing or end-user support. Skills & tools

This role requires up to 30% travel to customer sites and regional meetings. As this is a hybrid role, you must reside within a commutable distance to the Mississauga office and attend regular in-office events.
